Wasp Sting (or was it a bite?)

I had (and still have) a wasp sting (a wasp is similar to the bee). I was bitten (yes, bite for this matter because it was big!) on the neck last Saturday. I was lifting the ladder in the back porch to take it inside the garage. I had no idea there is a nest of wasps. The moment I lifted up the ladder the wasp bit me right on my neck faster than one second. Gee, it did hurt so bad I was screaming in pain. I had goosebumps all over my body (isama na pati buhok ko nagtayuan lahat).

I called Randy because the pain won't go away. He's my doctor...lol. I was told to put baking soda with water on it. It didn't work. Good thing my mother-in-law called. I was advised to take Benadryl or something. It worked for a couple of hours only the itching and pain came back. It happened last Saturday and I am still itching right this very minute.

Just Weaned

Ever thought why most of my blog entries are in green letters? Nothing. I used to favor the blue color before. Time to say bye-bye blue. I love GREEN. And white. Lately, I'm experimenting on daring colors. Colors that I'm afraid to wear or use. I've realized that its not really about the colors anymore. Its more on how you carry yourself when you're wearing them. Confidence is the key. But I don't have it still. Oh well.

Just Weaned

Its like telling y'all "Just Married" lol. Foster and I ended our "mother and son" bonding... breastfeeding. None of them made me do it...lol. I give credit to my dear friend, Sarah. If not for her maybe I'm still doing it. She just weaned her son Caleb. I just felt like that I'm moving backwards while they're advancing. I guess, I'm also ready to move on.

It was hard at first. I just thought of Foster's accident back home when he dipped both his hand in the very hot water so why not his whining over this thing which is killing us both. I'll tell you what. He's doing pretty good. Just now he's ready for his afternoon nap. He looked at me and said the magic word "dede." In about a few seconds he decided its yuck. haha! really funny. Yeah, Fos really yuck! We're getting ready for something... I'm not sure if I can handle the stress and anxiety of knowing Foster will soon be in the daycare while I go back to school... ughh... The thought is killing me.

Anyways, been away from my blog in a while. I miss it though. My head is empty...lol or maybe I don't have anything good to write eh? Oh well. til next time.
